how is he picking like this? is he turning his wrist left and right? i also heard some people turn their wrist like your turning a door knob and circle picking. what is the way to pick that gives speed eventually and wont hurt your hand? i like to anchor my pinky and ring on the guitar, keep my arm sorta “floated” and pick with my hand
Alternate picking (alternating picking up and down) is faster than always picking down, and sweep picking (keeping the pick steady while “sweeping” it across the strings) is faster than alternate picking.
