Online advertising is a huge platform and in order to extract the best of this medium of marketing and promoting your business, it is essential to understand the entire process and Online ads and its strategical planning procedure, before any further step is undertaken. It would not be fair and profitable too, to simply jump into the concept not really knowing much about the process and finally returning with no output. Here are a few features, that have been gathered, in order to help plan your Online advertising strategy more beneficially than before.
Every Online marketer who has ventured into the business of Online marketing requires to first set up an Online ads plan so that they move on the right direction and reap beneficial results from their advertising plan. There are a few extremely essential things that every Online marketer, venturing into this business must carefully consider. Lets have a look at all of these, beginning from the primary requirement of any promotion, the budget.
Money is of greatest importance in Online advertisement. As a matter of fact, your entire marketing plan, depends entirely in your budget. Your Online advertising plan will incorporate as much as your budget will allow. Advertising must essentially be done within the budget only. In most cases, businesses usually set aside a certain amount of money, as their advertising spend and prefer to perform their promotional activities within that amount itself.
Coming after budget is the purpose of advertising. Yes, advertising primarily depends on the purpose or the objective of the process. Until the websites have a fixed purpose in mind, there is no point in running an advertising campaign. The objective of your Online advertising campaign could vary from product to product. If it is an Online shopping portal, the prime objective of their ad will be to enhance their sales, similarly for a social community, the objective will be to get their visitors to convert into members. The objective of the ad is obtained only by the combination of influential content and image that is presented in these ads.
One more essential aspect of Online advertisingis the audience, at which it is reflected. Yes it is true, ads are created keeping the audience in mind. Websites that are youth oriented, must have a youthful appearance in their ads, and similarly, websites that are more professional and business like, must have a simple, cut to cut and objective oriented appearance.
All these factors collectively contribute towards the success of Online advertising and help make businesses Online more successful than ever before.

omg…there are thousands of sites out there. Just go on google.com and search for "how to start an online advertising business"…or even "advertising business". Maybe, you want to check the website of the magazine Entrepreneur to get inspired.
Hi, I heard AdBrite.com offers pretty good rates (you share a chunk with them), and it pretty much takes care of itself so you won't have to update throughout the day. You only need to log in to approve new ads.
Good luck!

You really need to get traffic for website – so I'd say 5-10% or even more would be ok. If it brings in a good rate of investment (ROI) then more, for sure. With pay per click its very easy to work out what you're paying and what its bringing in profits.
Afterall you don't advertise just because you think you ought to, there's got to be a payoff.
Below is a list of sites I like – ads show up on google in a few days and we sell a lot of things by placing ads on these sites..

wouldnt it make more sense to go with yahoo or google … because even locals are more likely to search with these engines.
Who else wants $250 to learn how to drive traffic to their website?***In as little as 24 hours or less, you can Deliver thousands of targeted, cash ready visitors to your site and drive targeted traffic at the push of a button! To make this offer irresistible to you, I'm going to give you over $250 in PPC (pay per click) coupons just for stopping by and checking out the offer.http://prjectx.info/sh/ya4/
Definitely! The main ones are Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and MSN also has pay per click programs.
On each one of them, you generally get about $50 free just for signing up! The key is to choose long key words that very few people are bidding on, and set your daily budget low. That way you are only getting the people that are very interested in your product.
Once you get them to your blog, now what? Since you have someone that is interested in what you are saying, you should create a product that solves a problem they are having. Inform them about the topic, and then offer them something that can help them.
Good luck!
If you are building a business case and you need Advertising CPMs, I would do the following:
- Identify the type of site, content and audience you are likely to attract.
- Find sites that are comparable to the profile you have built.
- Categorize the types of pages you will build (e.g. home page, bulletin boards.
- Call/contact the sites with comparable content and ask them what CPM they would charge you to advertise on their pages.
You can also sign up for a Google Adsense account
