I need to buy an outfit for my co-worker, she is having a boy will this outfit work?

She is really into Elvis. She herself has this bright pink vinyl elvis jacket and a big black bag/purse with a bright image of Elvis on it that she carries everyday. So she is into big, bright Elvis things. This outfit is a white onesie covered with polka dots. The polka dots are pastels, blue, green, orange, yellow, & peach. It has a black image of Elivs playing a guitar & it says love me tender. Any input would help, I can’t decide if it is more a girl or boy or unisex outfit. I know you don’t have a pic, sorry about that, but I’m hoping you can imagine it.
