Guitar Center?

When I bought a guitar from guitar center they didn’t give me a case. Is this how all guitar centers are? Should I have been given a case without an extra charge?

I actually JUST bought a new guitar from guitar center, and I’m afraid the cases are sold seperately. You’d think if you spend $500 on a guitar…they would give you a case.
