Is there a guitar Expression pedal that controls gain?
I’m looking for an expression pedal similar to a wah or volume pedal but instead of controlling wah or volume the pedal will adjust overdrive/amp/distortion gain. So that way you can adjust your gain on the fly for soloing and rhythm for a smoother transition then clicking a pedal on and off. And it would help so you dont have to walk over to your amp or bend down to your pedal to adjust your gain. I was thinking of building my own out of an old broken volume pedal and a Boss DS-1…any pedals on the market? or is a custom build a better plan?
The Zoom G2.1u pedal I have has an assignable expression pedal you can set to control the drive, wah, volume, or whatever you set it to.
