Does anyone know of any good Guitar Instruction videos?

I’m looking for something that is geared towards beginners. I am not a total beginner. I already know a bunch of chords and how to make those chords, so I’m not looking for music theory. I am looking for something that goes into detail about how to hold the pick and how to use it. I imagine most instructional videos would cover a variety of things, but I am mostly concerned about my picking hand technique, so I would like to get a video that does not just skim over things like how to hold the pick, how to pick, and how to strum. I’m sure I could benefit from instruction in other areas of playing, but the pick hand is what I’m most concerned about. DVD would be preferred, but VHS is alright too. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
